Prospective authors are invited to submit an electronic version of the paper in English related to conference topics. The Programme Committee reserves the right to decide whether or not papers will be accepted on the basis of the results of the review process.             The conference organizer reserves the right to reject papers not related to the conference scope or return papers for revise. One person can be the main (first) author only in one article. 

All submissions must be typed according to the Paper Template. The Conference Organising Committee can decide to reject papers which do not follow these guidelines.

All submissions will be reviewed in a double-blind peer-review process. The reviewers will be drawn from the Scientific Committee, external revievers and editorial board. After the rigorous peer-review process, the submitted papers will be selected on the basis of quality, originality, and relevance for international audience. All accepted papers will be published in the "Proceedings of CITPM 2018" with ISBN,  which will be submitted to be considered for inclusion by CPCI (Conference Proceedings Citation Index, an integrated index within Thomson Reuters Web of Science). The selected papers to be presented as lectures will make an existing technical program of the conference. The conference program will be extremely rich, featuring high-impact presentations.

All submissions must include a Title, Authors (names, affiliations, e-mails of all authors), an Abstract (no more than 250 words) and     3-5 Keywords. Paper submissions should be not shorter than 6 (full) pages and should not exceed 8 pages, including the Abstract, text body (Introduction, Theory, Methods, Findings, Discussion, Conclusions and Implications), Tables, Figures and References.

Participants will be asked to prepare a presentation and present it during the session. English is the official language of the conference. However, at the request of participants, it is possible to organize sessions in their native language, having gained a minimum of 8 speakers.
The certificate of presentation will be distributed to the conference participants at the conference registration desk.
